Coach Shannon Colligan is an experienced collegiate soccer coach and former Division I and professional athlete. She is an assistant coach at Fordham University. She’s dedicated her career to developing resilient, confident athletes while helping families understand the emotional challenges of competitive sports.

Together, Kevin and Shannon share powerful lessons learned from both sides of the field, offering parents and coaches a path to raise high-performing athletes as well as good human beings. All without losing their family relationships, their joy, or themselves.
